 Church membership should be more than adding names to a roll. It involves the mobilization of God's people for works of the ministry in the Kingdom of God. This is what Paul meant when he wrote to the Corinthian Church and said, "For we are laborers together with God."

What do we do together?

Together in Fellowship - We build lasting relationships based upon mutual love, acceptance, respect, honesty and service.

 

Together in Prayer - Prayer is the lifeblood of the Church. We join in commitment to pray for one another and for the release of the Holy Spirit in every facet of our ministry.

 

Together in Caring - We truly care for one another from the youngest to the oldest; from the weakest to the strongest. Every person is important at Word of Life Church.

 

Together in Serving -1 Peter 4:10 states, "each one of you should use whatever spiritual gift he has received to serve others, as good stewards of the grace of God." The strength of this body exist when every member assumes his or her place in active ministry.

 

Together in Giving -We give our time, talents and our treasures for the glory of God. 2 Corinthians 9:7 states, "God loves a cheerful giver."
